To ensure all our guests get the most out of their time with us in the relaxed environment of Urban Retreat we ask that all cell phones be switched off.
If you are unable to keep an appointment with us we appreciate 24 hours notice of cancellation.
We are open seven days a week in the summer and offer extended hours into the evening.
